General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale in Self-Service Laundries operated by LAUNDRYSYS, s.r.o. and in the electronic payment system Vypráno:

 1. Definitions

   

   1.1. Seller: LAUNDRYSYS, s.r.o., Address: Schweitzerova 798/99a, Nové Sady, 779 00 Olomouc, ID: 25358065.

   

   1.2. Vypráno: Network of self-service laundries operated by LAUNDRYSYS, s.r.o.

   

   1.3. Buyer: 1) Legally capable natural person; 2) Minor aged 14 to 18 with parental or guardian consent; 3) Legal entity; 4) Authorized representatives of the mentioned individuals.

   

   1.4. Parties: Buyer and Seller.

   

   1.5. Personal Data: All information concerning a natural person - data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined.

   

   1.6. Rules: These "General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale in Self-Service Laundries Vypráno and in the Vypráno electronic payment system."

   

   1.7. Account: The result of the buyer's registration in the mobile application, creating an account to store the buyer's personal data and order history.

   

   1.8. Electronic Payment System: Includes payments and other activities performed in the Vypráno mobile application. Also referred to as Vypráno.

   

   1.9. Personal Data Protection Principles: A document approved by the buyer containing the main rules for collecting, storing, and processing personal data when using the Vypráno service.

 

2. General Provisions

 

   2.1. The buyer confirms reading the rules by checking the box next to the statement "I have read the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale in the electronic system of self-service laundries Vypráno and agree to abide by them."

 

   2.2. Goods and services from Vypráno can only be purchased by buyers as defined in paragraph 1.3 of these rules.

 

   2.3. If necessary or under circumstances specified in the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, the seller has the right to change, correct, or supplement these rules. The buyer must be informed of such changes when logging into Vypráno or when purchasing goods or services through Vypráno for the first time after the new version of the rules becomes effective.

 

   2.4. The buyer must read the Privacy Policy, approved and publicly announced by the seller. The buyer expresses consent or disagreement with specific ways of using their personal data in the Privacy Policy according to the procedures set out in this agreement.

 

   2.5. If the seller has the right or obligation to provide the buyer with information or documents by email, the buyer is obliged to provide a valid email address in all cases.

 

3. Order of Goods and Services, Moment of Creation of Legal Relationships of Purchase and Sale

 

   3.1. The buyer can pay for goods and services in Vypráno using one of the following methods:

   

      3.1.1. By using the Vypráno mobile application.

 

   3.2. When ordering goods or services using one of the methods specified in paragraphs 3.1.1 – 3.1.2 of this code of conduct, the buyer must provide their personal data in the information fields provided by the seller, if such data is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order as stated in the Privacy Policy.

 

   3.3. If, after selecting goods or services and creating a shopping cart, the buyer completes all the steps of the order, including selecting and confirming the payment method, it is considered that legal relationships of purchase and sale have been established between the buyer and the seller, and a purchase/sale agreement has been concluded between them.

 

   3.4. Each order by the buyer will be stored in the UAB Vypráno database.

 

4. Buyer's Rights

 

   4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods and services on Vypráno in accordance with the procedures outlined in these rules.

 

   4.2. The buyer has the right to reject their order according to the procedures set out in these rules.

 

   4.3. The buyer has the right to reject the contract in accordance with the procedures set out in these rules.

 

   4.4. The buyer has other rights specified in these rules, in the Privacy Policy, and in the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

 

5. Buyer's Obligations

 

   5.1. By using the Vypráno service, the buyer must fulfill their obligations, comply with these rules and the Privacy Policy, and not violate the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

 

   5.2. The buyer must pay for the ordered goods and services and accept them according to the procedures set out in these Rules.

 

6. Seller's Rights

 

   6.1. The seller has the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of some features of the Vypráno company or their part.

 

   6.2. The seller has the right to suspend or terminate the operational activities of the Vypráno company. In such a case, already accepted and confirmed orders of buyers will be completed, and new orders will not be accepted.

 

   6.3. The seller has the right to change the scope and method of services provided by the Vypráno company, suspend or terminate the provision of services or part of the services, change prices, and charge for services or part of services.

 

   6.4. If the buyer attempts to negatively affect the operational stability and security of the Vypráno company or fails to fulfill their obligations, the seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice limit or suspend the buyer's ability to use Vypráno, or in exceptional cases, delete the buyer's account.

 

   6.5. The seller has other rights specified in these rules, in the Privacy Policy, in other documents of UAB Vypráno, and in the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

 

7. Seller's Obligations

 

   7.1. The seller undertakes to enable the buyer to use the Vypráno services under the conditions specified in these Rules and other documents of the Vypráno company.

 

   7.2. The seller undertakes to provide the buyer with clear and understandable information as stipulated in Article 6.2287 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic. Information is stored on the website www.laundrysys.cz.

 

   7.3. The seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the buyer and process the buyer's personal data strictly according to the procedures set out in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

   7.4. The seller undertakes to fulfill other obligations stipulated for the seller in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

8. Prices for Goods and Services, Payment Terms, and Procedures

 

   8.1. The prices of goods and services offered by Vypráno are listed in the Vypráno mobile application. The prices include all taxes and fees.

 

   8.2. The buyer agrees to pay for the ordered goods and services using one of the payment methods specified in paragraph 3.1 of these rules.

 

   8.3. The buyer can find information about the prices of goods and services, as well as payment terms and procedures, in the Vypráno mobile application.

 

   8.4. The seller has the right to change the prices of goods and services. The buyer is informed of the change in prices when logging into Vypráno or when purchasing goods or services through Vypráno for the first time after the new prices become effective.

 

9. Delivery Terms

 

   9.1. The buyer picks up the ordered goods and services personally at the self-service laundry according to the procedures specified in these rules.

 

   9.2. The buyer must pick up the ordered goods and services within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days of the order being ready for pickup.

 

   9.3. If the buyer fails to pick up the ordered goods and services within the specified time, the seller has the right to charge a storage fee. If the buyer does not pick up the goods and services within a reasonable time specified in the notice sent to the buyer, the seller has the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the goods and services.

 

10. Complaints and Handling of Complaints

 

   10.1. The buyer has the right to file a complaint about the quality of goods and services.

 

   10.2. The buyer must check the quality and completeness of the goods and services when picking them up. If the buyer finds defects or deficiencies, they must be reported to the seller immediately.

 

   10.3. The buyer can file a complaint about the quality of goods and services within a reasonable time after picking them up.

 

   10.4. The buyer's rights regarding defective goods and services are governed by the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

11. Responsibility for Defects

 

   11.1. The seller is responsible for defects in goods and services according to the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

   11.2. The buyer's rights regarding defects in goods and services are governed by the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

12. Personal Data Protection

 

   12.1. The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Principles.

 

   12.2. The buyer has the right to access their personal data, correct it, or request its deletion.

 

   12.3. The buyer expresses consent or disagreement with specific ways of using their personal data in the Privacy Policy according to the procedures set out in this agreement.

 

13. Final Provisions

 

   13.1. These rules are valid from the date of approval by the seller.

 

   13.2. The seller has the right to change these rules. The buyer is informed of changes to the rules when logging into Vypráno or when purchasing goods or services through Vypráno for the first time after the new version of the rules becomes effective.

 

   13.3. The buyer has the right to reject the new version of the rules. In such a case, the legal relationships of the buyer and the seller are governed by the previous version of the rules.

 

   13.4. The legal relationships of the buyer and the seller, arising from the purchase of goods and services through Vypráno, are governed by these rules, the Privacy Policy, and the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

   13.5. Any disputes arising from the legal relationships of the buyer and the seller are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved by the relevant authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

   13.6. The buyer's rights regarding defective goods and services are governed by the legislation of the Czech Republic.

 

   13.7. These rules are publicly available on the website www.tvojepradelna.eu.
